Our customers mean the world to us, and we do everything we can to keep our pricing fair and make our services as accessible as possible. We excel at maximizing efficiency on projects to ensure we are providing the absolute best value for our customer’s dollar.
We’ve assembled this pricing guide to provide our current and future customers with an understanding of the cost associated with our services. As always, we are happy to discuss the details of your project with you at any time.
Labor:
– Full Day: $675 per laborer
– Half Day: $375 per laborer
Labor includes a worker and the use of hand tools such as rakes, shovels, wheel barrows and the use of power tools such as weed whackers, hedge trimmers and leaf blowers. We strongly prefer to work in full day blocks, which we define as 8 hours including travel to and from the job site. Half days, which we define as anything up to 4 hours including travel, are reserved for occasional small projects and for wrapping up large projects that spill over into the next day.
Consultations:
– From $325
This includes an in person site visit and consultation to discuss your project. It also includes research into pricing and availability of plants and other materials your project may require. Depending on your location and the scope of your project the consultation may or may not include things like site plans, sketches, idea boards, DigSafe inspections, visits to our vendors, etc.
Trucking:
– $125/day
Includes the use of a 1 ton dump truck to transport materials to or from the job site.
Disposal:
– $50 minimium
– $100/full truck load
At this time we are only hauling yard waste, to include things like branches, grass clippings, weeds, leaves, etc. We dispose of these organic materials at a composting facility where they are processed into mulch, soil, etc.
Specialty Tools:
– Bushhog Mower $175/day
– Sod Cutter $175/day
– Planting Auger $125/day
– Pole Saw $50/day
– Chainsaw $50/day
We have a few pieces of equipment which we keep on hand to maximize our efficiency on jobs. For example, an hour of use with the sod cutter can often replace a half day of manual labor. Other equipment that we do not keep on hand can be rented or subcontracted on an as needed basis.
Materials:
– Black Mulch: $50/cubic yard
– Enriched Mulch $65/cubic yard
– Loam: $50/cubic yard
– Compost: $75/cubic yard
– 3/4″ Crushed Stone: $50/cubic yard
– 1.5″ Round Stone: $75/cubic yard
– Plants are sold at nursery retail price. We don’t mark plants up above nursery retail like most of our competitors do. This means whether you select and purchase your own plants or we do it for you, the price stays the same. We purchase from all of the local nurseries and in recent years have seen their pricing become increasingly consistent and competitive.
Payments:
Polaris Property Services accepts most forms of payment, including cash, check, ACH transfers, Venmo and all major credit cards. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your invoice to pay in full, unless other arrangements are made in advance. Cash payments are greatly appreciated and we may be able to offer a discount to customers who choose to pay in cash, as it saves us some transaction fees.
Every property and every project is unique. These prices are for estimating purposes only and while they are updated frequently, they are subject to change at any time and without notice.
